😴 Sleeping at the Jjimjilbang - My Favorite Late Night Hack

POV: I'm a high school student in Seoul, and you know how it is - school starts early, and I'm always lowkey exhausted by the end of the day. But, I don't have a car, and public transportation can be super crowded, especially at night. So, what do I do? I go to the jjimjilbang, of course! 🀩

For those who don't know, jjimjilbang (찜질방) is a Korean public bathhouse where you can relax, take a hot bath, and even sleep for a few hours. It's literally the best thing since baedal (delivery) - I mean, who needs a bed when you can have a warm jjimjilbang floor, right? πŸ˜‚

When I go to the jjimjilbang, I usually try to get there around 10 PM, when it's not too crowded. I pay for a locker and leave my stuff there, then head straight to the hot tub. Ah, the bliss! The heat, the steam, the total relaxation... it's like my body is saying, "Thank you, universe, for this amazing jjimjilbang experience!" 😌

After a good hour or two in the hot tub, I'm usually feeling pretty sleepy. That's when I grab a blanket and find a cozy spot on the floor to catch some Z's. And, let me tell you, it's the best sleep I've ever had! No snores, no snoring partners, no uncomfortable beds... just pure, unadulterated bliss. πŸ’€

✨ Fun Fact:

Did you know that jjimjilbangs are so popular in Korea that some of them even have private rooms with beds and TVs? It's like a mini-hotel, but way more affordable! πŸ’Έ

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip:

When you go to the jjimjilbang, don't forget to bring a towel and some comfy clothes. And, if you're feeling adventurous, try the sauna or the facial mask booth - it's a whole new level of relaxation! 😊
